Age of my Ronisch Piano?
Hi,
I've recently acquired a piano from my local village hall and was wondering if someone could tell me the age of it and any history of it please?
It's an upright made by Ronisch and has two numbers on the top of it. 5785 and 13312.
Many thanks,
Adam Hirst.

The number suggests that your piano was made in 1886, but nobody can trace the life history of an individual piano. The makers themselves may be able to tell you something of its original manufacture and sale, for a fee.
