PM from 'Adam' re Richard Lawson pianos
Posted: 25 Apr 2011, 18:56
Hi Adam,
This is Tim, i had to re-register as i was unable to access my old account, despite numerous attempts/password resets etc. If you want to PM me to this account then i'll be happy to answer your PM. In realtion to your query i have no complaints about my experience with Richard Lawson pianos and my purchase/delivery couldn't have went any more smoothly. Piano was as described, delivery process was when it was meant to be and i was kept well informed at every stage. Richard was kind enough to take multiple pictures of various things, at my request, as it simply wasn't cost effective for me to travel from Northern Ireland to view the piano.
One minor problem was that it was never arranged for a tuner to come after the settling in period, due to the fact that Richard did not know anyone in my area - i live in Northern Ireland. This is a small gripe but still something that i feel is worth mentioning.
I hope you read this and it's of some help to you. As i say, please feel free to PM if you need anything further.
If any of the site admin team are reading this, perhaps they could check the PM's in my old account - i think the username was simply 'Tim' - and let me know who sent me this question (or indeed reactivate that account) and i'll be happy to PM the user in question.
Sorry for unnecessary post for most users to read but this is as much as i could think of in order to help out the user who sent me the PM.
All the best.
Tim
