John Brinsmead & Sons
Do you know anything about a John Brinsmead & Sons, Prince of Wales, upright piano, serial number A7039. It has inlaid flowers on the front. Do you know approximate date and if it has a value? Thank you.

The reference to the Prince of Wales is just because Brinsmead supplied a piano to him, which is mentioned on thousands of pianos, but this number beginning with an A is not the serial number, and without that, I can't tell you the date. Inlaid flowers may be very nice, but they were commonplace a century ago. Nobody can tell you the value until you get a tuner in. Have a look at
