Your English is far better than my Belgian! Are there any names on or in the instrument? Have you looked inside?
I play for my own amazement...

On the top of the keyboard i have this like name d' instrument and name of manufacturer I suppose. But I n' in do not know more.
In the back, i have see a number, i suppose its the sérial number, but i have no picture of this.
In lower part is 2 pedals which activates a system puffed up air and which makes sound like an organ.

The name says it all really, it's a combined piano and organ. There have been many different ones made since the 1760s.
