Johann Kuhse, Dresden

Could you give some history on a Johann kuhse (Dresden) Grand Piano i bought at Auction from an old Boarding
school in Ireland? It doesn't seem to have a serial number on it anywhere. Is there anything on the piano that might give any indication of finding its age?

Kuhse was established in 1874, and serial numbers are published up to 1885, if you can find a number inside the top.

There seems to be a number inside the top on the right hand side of the Frame.
Its hard to see but it looks like G44T or G44I.

No, you need a four or five-digit number with no letters attached. If you would like to email photos to me, I may be able to tell you something from them.
