Hi Dave
That’s so cool! Are you really going to do it? Is it a proper concert or a get together with her other students?
It’s funny you should mention that, my teacher asked me if I wanted to play in a concert too! But I’m not sure about doing it, or what I would have to play, its in my local town. I would like more time before I do something like that, I might ask her more about it next lesson. Or maybe do it another time- like next year! Hopefully I will have a Beethoven sonatina up my sleeves by then.
Btw do you still want me to send over the sight reading for you or did you already get it yourself? I have been busy that’s why I can’t talk as much anymore.
My sight reading is still pants too, when I sight read in the lesson and pause on a note with finger 4 (LH) it shakes really badly. I’m dreading that part like you too! Hope I can pass at least on doing the other parts ok even if that bit is the worst. I'm praticing but trying not to get worked up about it I'm not thinking about it too much. I'm just going to go in there and do it
, hope the piano behaves!

Good luck with the performance Dave. I struggle to play in front of an audience of one at the moment, so wouldn't contemplate any more than that. (unless I was Guinness powered I suppose).

Glad it went well, as for the movie stick on YouTube.

Sounds great, well done for taking the stage. Hopefully I'll get to that level one day
