Hi. Can you identify this please?

It has a sad piano bit in it at about 54 minutes

Not much to go on but please try and find it. I love the song and I just haven't been able to find it for such a long time.

If you go to the end of the program on BBC iplayer then you can listen to part of the song as it plays in the background.

I remember hearing that on the Catherine Tate show too... during the sketch when the woman finally finds love on the internet and travels to Texas to marry him on Dead Row - Elaine Figgis?

I've sent someone an e-mail to find out 'cos I'm not sure what it's called. Trouble is, I've only heard it as background music as a bit of a tear jerker... Will post when (or if) I find out.
