Re-learning to play piano

In 1941-1942 I started lessons with a teacher who used a Tutor (cannot remember the name.The cover was black and white, with words something like "----'s Piano Tutor" might have had a letter R in the first name). I studied to about Grade One, then joined the Army. I am now retired and and want to start learning again. I would particularly like to find a copy of my old original Tutor, as I think it could bring back memories that would assist me. If the name was suggested to me I beleive I would recognise it.
