ooo now this is much easier than the sad songs thread!

Carmen (continuing the opera theme)

pretty much anything I can dance to - I love house music (sorry, I know it's not really 'music' but it makes me happy!)

Prokofiev 'dance of the knights' - so dramatic and passionate! One day I *will* be able to play this...

Oh, there's loads of these! Here are some that I can think of straight away that put a soppy grin on my face:

Afternoon Delight - Starland Vocal Band
the finale of "Carnival of the Animals"
Teenage Kicks - The Undertones
Hallo Spaceboy - Bowie
Jupiter from The Planets
Hurricane - Bob Dylan (grim lyrics, great tune!)

Claim to fame warning::::::: I met Ed Stewart in 1976, I was in hospital and he was visiting the children there to either cheer them up, or drive them over the edge  he was lovely. He asked me if I would like a signed record and I asked for 10cc "Good Morning Judge", so he gave me Jethro Tull "Solstice Bells" instead :D which was a good move, as I've loved Jethro Tull ever since.

Love,

Awwwwwwww......... that's such a sweet story. My only claim to fame is getting in David Beckham's way at Old Trafford in 1998. :?

The only famous person I saw was Graham Norton. Me and a friend saw him drive right past us as we were crossing the road somewhere in Covent Garden! He looked really moody though!

and I once saw Michael Fish ( weather man from the 80s ) once...but hes hardly what you would call a celeb.
