Vose & Sons
I have an old Vose & Sons, Cabinet Grand piano in very playable condition and cabinet in very good to excellent condition, with original seat NOT in good condition. Serial # is 23456
The inside of the lid has a nice decal reading: French & Sons Pianos
St. Louis, Nashville, Memphis, Little Rock, Birmingham
I am interested in date of manufacture/ origin/ history of this piano as it has been in our family for a few generations. Any information would be helpful. Valuation?
Thanks in advance,
Dale Howell

We're on the wrong side of the ocean for details, but the number suggests about 1888.. and what a number, I suppose someone had to have it!
