M-Audio pro keys 88 help

Hi, I've just bought a pro keys 88 and the last 6 or 7 keys don't seem to be working. Is there any way to reset this piano, i've checked the manual and there's very limited information. Thanks

Have you been changing or editting keyboard regions?

Unless you have been doning something that has been changing the default settings of the keyboad, I can't really see how resetting it will do much good.

Have you contacted the retailer or M-Audio directly? They seem to have a good customer service going there and would be able to offer you more hardware advice.
