The number suggests 1909, but I'm afraid you're likely to be sniggered at if you talk about grand pianos in upright form! If it's an upright, it's not a grand!

I see you did not read the “read before posting” did we ! move your eyes to the left of the screen and it says Piano Parts Click on it - read it and to your amassment you will find a piano parts supply house just down the road from you, they supply the General public as well
