Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me a date for production for a victor Paling & Company Serial number 11636 also any other infor i.e estimated value Place purchase etc,

The earliest serial number I know of for a Victor is 1905, which starts at 16449. Paling was made from 1893. If it is a Victor then it is pre 1905; post 1893.
