Dorml?

I have an overstrung upright possibly 1920's with a barely discernable transfer which I think reads Dorml. The frame has cast into it T580, and a serial Number 26645. I wonder if anyone can shed any light on its history.

It seems an unlikely word or name, and I can't find any reference to anything similar. Have a look at pianogen.org for clues.
