Piano with old woodworm

Hello
We have been considering purchasing a Weber 1930 baby grand piano. It sounds good to my ear, however is has had some woodworm at the bottom of the casing. This is old woodworm. This piano it very cheap because of this. Should I go ahead and buy it.
