Maintenance for our 2 year old piano

Our piano will be 2 years old this September. Since we're moving house soon, it seems an ideal time to get any maintenance done. Any recommendations other than a thorough tune?

After a few weeks in the new house yes get it tuned – tell the tuner that the piano is in a new home and ask him/her to have a close look at the regulating – Hammer spacing, screws in aluminium don’t move as much as they do in a wooden beam rail. As the piano is new they may be lost motion and the keys may have dipped in the centre.
