I'm appraising a James Smith & Sons piano and cannot find any information on this manufacturer. :( Also need to date this piano. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. :lol:

If you mean James Smith & Son, Liverpool, they were at 74 & 76 Lord Street from at least the 1880s to the 1930s, so without technical details of the piano, no date can be estimated. See
