Oscar Lobl

I'm sorry I don't seem to have answered before. We can't help with the selling, unless you want to advertise on the UK Piano site. Oscar Lobl may have originated in Berlin, but I know of his business from London, where he was a sewing machine maker in 1913! By about 1910, some of his pianos bore a striking resemblance to Spencer pianos, so they may have been made for him. 1914 ad in The Cabinet Maker maazine Jan 31: Page xvi: "Oscar Lobl, 34, Hamsell Street, Jewin Street, London E.C. Manufacturer and Importer of Vertical and Overstrung Pianos. Over 9,000 sold".
