Can you tell me what the 3 Crowns on my Ronisch Piano mean? What are the differences between the different number of crowns?

You have to consider the fact that we have not seen your piano, or the crowns. Are they representations of exhibition medals? Are they stamped into wood, cast into iron, or transfers under the polish? What wording accompanies them?
