spinet piano-organ

Hello!

I visited the local antique shop today. I came across a very ornate spinet piano. This one doubles as a piano and a organ. Lift the lid up and its a real piano, but all the electronics for the organ part is located underneath the lid. Has anyone ever seen a combination piano like this???? I found it to be very interesting. The instrument looks as if it is from the 1950's.
