Assuming that it was made by Erard in Paris, rather than London, the number suggests 1915, but life isn't always that simple! See

A growing number of websites offer apparently simple dating of pianos by numbers. These dates are based on books, which in turn quote from other books which are often wrong or misleading. For example, Erards' archives do not support the published numbers. See http://www.uk-piano.org/piano-gen/piano ... mbers.html

Victorian Erard pianos are marked with the year, but I don't know if this practice continued into the twentieth century.
