This is a Bord piano, imported by Stiles: Because of fancy script, the initial letter on Anton Bord’s pianos is often mistaken for an H or K, but the rubber-stamped “signature” inside the top is clearer. Obviously, the piano was made after the 1878 exhibition, where Bord was as member of the jury which judged the pianos. The published numbers are not very accurate on some Bord pianos, but if 64046 is Bord's number it would suggest about 1886. If there are two numbers, one will be Stiles' stock number. 4511 is too short for either. See
