Recently Acquired Hobart M. Cable Piano

I just acquired a Hobart M. Cable Piano marked with the following number: 66072. When was this piano built? The cabinet is in poor shape and is in need of restoration and refinishing. I'm just not sure if it's worth the time and effort.

66072 = 1921

I would get a tuner to take a good look at the inside before spending any money on the outside
