A 'for now' digital piano - selection help

Hi all,
So... the pandemic has put my house move on hold and so my dreams of getting a high end clavinova will have to be paused for now.
That means I am looking for a temporary option, one that is significantly cheaper and takes up less space while I stay in the flat.
So far, someone has recommended the Yamaha P45, which comes in at £349.
My main wants are the best sound quality possible for a lower budget option. The other hope is for the weighted keys to be effective and not feel too 'keyboardy'.
I would appreciate any thoughts, recommendations or suggestions.
Thank you,
Emma
