I did answer this query a few days ago, but my posting seems to have floated off into the ether! Cuthbertson seems to have appeared as a dealer in the late 1890s, and continued until the Second World War. He often put his name onto pianos in addition to the maker's name, but is unlikely to have made pianos himself. No original archive material is available, and any other clues will be buried inside the piano. See
