Look on this website under 'piano teachers', ask around your friends who are learning/whose children are learning, or ask at your local music shop. Yellow Pages have listings, but recommendation is always best. Ask the teacher you choose if you can have a trial lesson to see if you and they will get along together. Prices vary according to area - we have to pay far more in the south, as a rule, but here they start at eight quid for half an hour and go up from there. Generally, the better qualified a teacher the more they are able to charge. It doesn't necessarily follow that an expensive teacher is well qualified, neither does a qualification necessarily make someone a good teacher; that's why recommendation is best.
Good luck - have fun :)
