As it says in the blue box at the top of this post, we are unable to place a value on your piano as an on site inspection is required.
As your piano has been tuned regularly, the best person to speak to about a sale value would be your tuner. He/she will be familiar with the market for used instruments in your area.

I understand which is why I was after average prices rather than an exact price for this piano, just as an idea.
My tuner is able to talk to me about the sound/condition of the tuning of the piano but as he is blind he understandably doesn't want to guess at a value as to its physical/visual condition.
