Woodworm live for about 4 years inside the wood the little hols you see are flite hols the beetles leave the wood to move on and mate. The adults do not eat the wood they only live a few weeks. The females lay pearly oval eggs in groups of twos in cracks or crevices on dry timber or at a joint in furniture. a single female may lay up to fifty or so eggs.
You need to spry your pianos back posts with woodworm replant the MDF on the bottom should be fine as WW don’t et it , you need to seek advice about the rest of your house you piano may be your pride and joy but if it falls though the floor that will do a lot of damage
