The number suggests that it was made in 1899, so technically Victorian, but only just!

However, dating pianos purely on the basis of numbers can be misleading, as explained at

Is there any chance you could post photos here to show us what the whole piano looks like? Or email them to me to post?

This is clearly the serial number, and I have been able to confirm that their dates are correct for that time, so we can assume that this is an 1899 piano, although typical of Edwardian style.
