Do you know if the piano is an over strung ? when was it last tuned if the seller knows the name of the tuner give them a ring and ask them what the pianos is like if the pianos can be tuned to A440 and is in good working order that 200 is a good buy if it is an over-strung under-damper

If you can't contact the tuner get a tuner to look at it
