Sibelius can be used to do it. Not sure 100% how, but I worked in a music shop, so its just something I know is possible.
You can use Cakewalk with a Windows laptop.
I use it and it is fantastic, it notates as you play and will print out the finished score.
It will read midi files and notate them also. e.g if you have say "fur elise" recorded as a midi it will play the score and print the score.
About a tenth the cost of Sibelius
