Looking for a little bit of info on a Blankenstein upright piano.
I dont really know anything about it, but the serial number is "18334"
I purchased it about 6 years ago for 100 pounds, then pretty much
never played it again.
i can seem to find any info on it at all, so if you know anything,
please let me know
see pictures below.

Re: Blankenstein piano "help"

As you can read about halfway down the page at
http://pianogen.org/numbers.html
Blankensteins used 3 sets of numbers, so it could be 1880s or around 1908, which is a much more likely date for this style. That item on my website will be updated soon. General information on this type of piano can be found at

I probably have more information on Blankenstein than anyone else, but it isn't much!
