Kessels upright piano
Hi, I have just been given a Kessel upright piano with a schwander action I'm just wanting some history on this piano any information would be fantastic. The piano itself is in fantastic condition and plays beautifully. I'm just not familiar with the Kessel brand. Thanks.

I am assuming that this is Kessels with an S on the end? Is it Kessels London, probably made by Leswein, or the other Kessels, which was the largest factory of musical instruments in The Netherlands? Either could have had a Schwander action.
Without photos, the name on its own tells me nothing about the individual piano, and I know very little about the company.
