Logically, the Paterson dealers' name is probably after 1885, and the Brooklyn name was produced by Green & Savage, London, probably after 1899, although the fact that it only has an iron hitchplate, and no proper frame, makes me doubt that it is much after 1880. Have you checked the keys for datemarks? See my site.
