Brambach age
Post by terrygonda »
Our church was give a Brambach Grand Piano measuring around 4'8" wode by 4"5" long.
The number 4464 is stamped underneath. I cannot find anything else resembling a serial number.
Below is the listing I have found. Am I to assume it falls between 1953 adn 1955? Or could it be between 1910 and 1920?

I wouldn't assume that either of these is right, the numbers are in a completely different range, and piano numbers are often not as simple or reliable as people imagine. For more information, see
