Sound like you have bit of moisture in the keys or bottom sectionpano wrote: i have noticed that sometimes when i hit a key that the key returns up but there is no tension when pressed as though the hammer has not sprung back up. so when i press it, it has no tension and it doesnt make a sound when pressed, but if i do it several times it grips back again and i can make a piano sound and the tension is there again. it does this every now and then on the middle keys, maybe cause its played the most. is this a major problem, what could it be do you think? its a 10 year old piano and im not sure whether certain parts of it are on their way out.
