The published numbers suggests 1901, but I'd guess a couple of years earlier.

Hi, I've got a piano "Otto Bruening" (bought in 1983 in Germany) from Hodges & Johnsons, Broadway West, Leig-on-Sea.
I want to know how old it might be and how much I could ask for it today...

I'm asking again for someone who perhaps knows something about this piano called "Otto Bruening"!? How old it might be and what it's worth today?

H&J used to put some daft names onnto pianos they reconditioned, and I have no evidence of a real factory with this name. See
