conversion: piano to player-piano!
General discussion about piano makes, problems with pianos, or just seeking advice.

Hi,
If you mean you are taking delivery of a new new piano, then cancel it, and order a Yamaha Diskclavier, or whatever it's called. You will then be able to record your own playing, and get the piano to play itself from CDs. No doubt there are other makes which do this just as well. I wouldn't think that you would get any success, in terms of economy or efficiency, from trying to adapt a new piano.
If you're awaiting a new old piano, then that's different. Over to the more experienced.
Rgds.
