3000 is a good price for a restored Bluthner However, what I have in my mind what a restored piano should be like and what the piano you are looking at is like is probably not the same
Get an independent tuner to look at the piano I have seen so called fully reconditioned pianos in shops for silly money and all they have done is polished the case and some of the pianos were a semitone down in pitch
