Depends on the warehouse where it has been sat Grotrain. are a good make not seen a new one in a long time, all depends if you intend to keep the piano for life or upgrade in a few years if you intend to keep then the Grotrain if the tone and touch are up to it but at 115 hmmmm !!! and if they are giving you a good Guarantee 5 years if you intend to upgrade in a few years then the Kawai K25 is going to be more well known in the price range you will be selling
