Piano for my 13yr old daughter

I have been looking at pianos for my daughter who is 13 and is on her grade 3. She is used to playing a keyboard. We have limited space and have found 3 pianos and am not sure which one to go for, the pianos are 1969 challen 988 £1100
1986 Fuchs & Mohr £1075
1973 Barratt & Robinson £1050
1986 Kemble Classic £1000
I can not spend much more than this and i do not know anything about pianos. These are available from a shop
any information would be appreciated
