Wile Bechstein upright are well made you have take into account that the sound board is getting on a bit new 250 miles could make a big difference in clime and your part of the world may not as kind to pianos as where it is coming form
One thing in your favour is that a tuner has looked at the piano as said it is OK as the cost of shipping will be far less than the cost of a new piano the Bechstein upright look like a good move but I must admit that seems a lot of money to move a piano 250 miles
