Hello, I received a piano with a William Whiteney brand, I have already investigated that he did not produce pianos but he did sell them under his brand, when I start to disassemble it, on the first and second key, the number 95432 appears, on the On the back of the first it says carved in the wood: J.Cook on one end, and W.Beach on the other end and also written in pencil 13.11.96, (from what I have read, I suspect it is 1896).
On the last key, on the back of the key it says: Brooks limited, a UK company established in 1810 that manufactured piano parts. The number 1717 appears in almost all parts of the wood. Except in the upper left part, which appears as the number 9522.
Also inside the piano, when removing all the keys, it says in pencil something like: (2+6 2/4 Whiteley, the word Whiteley can be read well, the numbers, it is difficult to recognize it, for now that is all, is there anyone who can Help me know more information, thank you!
