I have a Brasted upright piano, s/n 34857. Just wondering if you could tell me how old this is?

No dates of numbers are published, and I have none this early: It would be interesting to know whether there is a date on the iron frame, below keyboard level, or under the keys of the bottom notes. See

number on iron frame

the number on the iron frame is 214 BG but i am not sure about the BG it could also be EG or EC. can this help you ?
