Bannister / Wagstaff

Bannister doesn't seem to be a real maker, and I have failed to find any reference when I've been asked in the past, so this is probably an alias, but Wagstaff was a dealer over a very long period, at least 1886-1936 (when he was "Ltd.) or beyond. No serial number dates are available, and the best option is datemarks. Press www below, then press "Aliases" or "Datemarks", or...

Bannister was my great grandfather, who did indeed make pianos in London. I’m excited to find someone who has seen his name inscribed in piano.
