How old do you think this piano are? I have no further info. Is it a OK piano for beginners?

The piano looks better than those that I started to learn on as a child. Does it stay in tune and sound ok ? Do all the keys work and do they provide resistance to the fingers and return quickly ? Are the dampers working ?
