Hello all, I am new to this forum and to pianos in general.
I have a few options to buy used CLP 635, 645 or 675. These are a 2-3 years old. I have a few questions:
- What should I look for to ensure the quality is fine (sellers mention they're in good condition)
- I have now read the theory online to learn the differences, and am happy to enough to buy one of them (ideally the higher model) for an acceptable price.
- What would be the ideal price to pay for the above models?

Any used item, particularly digital pianos, are only worth what you are prepared to pay. Assuming you are thinking of a private sale, at two years old I might think to myself that I wouldn't pay more than 50% of the new price because if it was more than that I would buy new and get a guarantee.
To test a potential purchase you need to play each note and listen for changes in volume, then select a reasonable number of voices and do the same. Also check things like the metronome, built in rhythms and built in works of music. Remember to make sure the pedals work. Ask for the book of User Instructions.
