I have been searching for the age of my piano and am unable to find a site that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to just get the year. Could someone please help me. This piano has been handed down from generation to generation and this has been a question for me for about 10 years now. The serial number is: 374289

Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day!

Whose?

I'm afraid a number is absolutely no use without a maker's name, and a lot of them never published dates of their numbers.

The number suggests 1949, and it didn't cost you a cent!
