If 31635 is the serial number, it suggests 1889, but we don't see them over here, and my active research is mainly directed at the history of antique british pianos, so anything else that arrives is a matter of luck. The only other suggestion I can make is local history research in the town of origin, and we cannot do this outside the UK.
