Help required please

We have purchased an Imperial German Scale grand piano - SG140A - HIAG0264 - Reid-Sohn but unfortunately it does not have any bolts to secure the legs or hinges to attach the lid.

Any help or advice of where I could get replacements would be much appreciated.

And the technician who inspected this instrument prior to the purchase. What does this person tell you about those parts?
